Campus18.com all set to launch on 10th August 2007
Yet another Indian Social Networking website Campus18.com is getting ready to launch later this week after being in stealth mode for 6 months. To create blog content, they are hiring writers from various parts of India and paying them around Rs 3000 per month for 6 to 8 blog posts. The site will have standard Web2.0 features such as photos, blogs, music, reviews and other social networking elements. Tangerine Digital is an investor in the venture, and TV18 has a majority stake in Tangerine. Campus18 is also preparing a launch via posts in an online forum.
