Internet influences purchase decision like never before, says Exchange4media head
Exchange4Media’s MD, Anurag Bhatia has written that the Internet is influencing purchase decisions of customers in India, and has now become the most important influencer. A single blog, he claims, can make or break a companies reputation and largely affect perceived product value. Anurag urges entrepreneurs to refrain from simply shooting out Press Releases, but rather engage in a one-to-one dialog with prospects.
