Ezeego1 travel portal, opens offline presence through store
Ezeego1, a cox-&-kings promoted venture, has opened its first offline store in India to provide travel and holiday related assistance, such as hotel bookings, flight bookings, visa info and travel insurance help. They plan to expand to 40 franchisee based shops by the end of 2007 and to 300 shops within the next 3 years. COO of Ezeego1, Neelu Singh, said “Our travel shop is an alternative channel for booking and will enable customers to interact with travel counsellors on a personal level. For visa services, customers may have to physically approach us and such shops are convenient for these customers,”
