Rediff.com is planning to setup regional content sections for its content on iShare, in an effort to spread the idea that multimedia content is multi-lingual and multi-regional. Rediff seems to have been in talks with media companies for uploading their content on iShare, and was also trying to find music groups.

Delhi subscribers of Hutch can now search for content, via MSN search, on their mobile phones - and simply click on the info and numbers shown in the search results to make a direct call. The services is limited to GPRS users only.

Naukri.com parent company Info Edge India Pvt Ltd, has launched a Business Social Networking site called Brijj.com. The site is similar to the very popular global business networking site, Linkedin.com - but positioned exclusively for the Indian business networking scene.
