MapMyIndia creators get Rs 10 crore funding
Creators of Indian mapping portal MapMyIndia.com have received funding of Rs 10 crores from VC firm Nexus India Capital. The company CE Info Systems, is the pioneer of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) in India and have released nationwide GPS-based road network navigable maps. The maps can be used and accessed by multiple media including - PC, mobiles and digital dashboards in cars.
