Digital Chocolate acquires Small Device, now official

Mobile content porting shop Small Device in India has been acquired by Digital Chocolate, USA - a company founded by Trip Hawkins from EA fame, for an undisclosed amount. Digital Chocolate, and several other large publishers (like Oberon Media) are on an acquisition spree in various global markets in order to gain competitive advantage.
