Three new Zee Channels come online through Watch India
The Watch India portal has added three new Zee channels for free initially in an effort to boost traffic to their online video site. Content from Zee Cinema, Zee Punjabi and Zee Gujarati is now offered for free online. The long term plan of Watch India is to convert free viewing into paid viewing at $25 per month for the basic package of Times Now, Zee TV, Zoom, Zee Sports, IOL and Aastha. How far this is successful is very debatable.
