BSNL to bring Wi-Max to 85,000+
BSNL is planning to setup a Wi-Max network that will cover a total area of around 700,000 square km and have 1000 towers with a 15 km radius each. They will purchase and invest to setup around 85,000 customer-end equipment, that will be eventually rented out to residential and commercial customers.
